2 tsp unseasoned meat tenderizer
2 T instant of freshly minced onions
2 tsp Thyme
2 tsp Marjoram
1 Bay leaf crushed
1 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup Vegetable or olive oil
3 T Lemon Juice
2 T bottled cracked pepper
Marinate for up to 24 hours. Add more cracked pepper before grilling.
