1 large head romaine lettuce torn
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 cup cashews
1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1 apple cubed
1 pear cubed
Dressing:
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tsp chopped onions
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup oil
1 T poppy seeds
Combine sugar, lemon juice, onion, mustard, and salt in blender until smooth. Add oil until thick and smooth. Add poppy seeds and blend a little more. Pour over salad.
